In addition to pieces designed by Jim "Treeman" Behring, as our Knife Catalog grows visit it often to see the distinctive designs by knifemakers including D'Holder, Voorhis, De Leon, Erie, Crawford, Ence, Mooris, W.C. Davis, Mosher, Patrick, Pass, Engelsman, Noren, Holbert, and others.

Sheath Design
As you may have noticed, most of the Treeman knives displayed or cataloged on these pages are accompanied by sheaths designed by Jim and handmade by the inimitable Jack Mosher. Jack's sheaths are amazing in the richness of their detailing and the variety of materials he uses to create them. Horse hide, beaver tail, and even salmon skin - each sheath is distinguished by his artistry and attention to the smallest detail. His pieces range from heavy duty pouch sheaths to the hand-tooled intricacy of a floral design or fancy lace work. Jack can even replicate sheaths for vintage knives, as good or better than the originals that accompanied them. All this skill and knowledge is no accident - Jack Mosher is also a first-rate knife maker himself, creating both straight knives and the Scagel-styled folders for which he's noted.
