J. Behring Handmade Ivory Filet Knife Tarpon Sheath

This J. Behring handmade  Filet knife has a handforged 5 1/2" 1095 high carbon steel blade hammered down to about .180 thick. Convex ground with a razors edge.  The silver soldered guard is nickel. The hidden tang handle is wonderful artifact ivory with real nice rich orangy brown and cream color.  I stacked up a few thick black fiber spacers with thin copper and nickel. Great all around kitchen camp filet knife. The sheath is  truley a one of a kind hand made hand carved and stanped high end leather with a Tarpon  on the front. Best dam game fish on the planet and keeps me going back down to the Ksys every may just to do battle with a few 125/175 lbs brusiers.  This is one hell of a grat old school all around knife and its priced to sell. thanks, Jim behring
