J. Behring Handmade Michigan Skinner Beaver tail Horsehide Crown

This super duty Michigan skinner has a heavy duty .250 thick 4" convex ground blade with a razor sharp edge. Convex is the strongest grind there is by far . This blade is extra wide  at about 1 5/8". Deep stamps . The silver soldered guard is cartridge quality brass. The hidden tang handle is becoming a thing of the past ,labor intense but well worth the effort. I hand cut all the spacers and horde hide  and two tone epoxy everything and then run the tang dam near to the end of the crown stag butt , pin it with a 1/8" brass rod. This handle is long enough to fit any hand and feel like it was custom made just for you.  OAL is about 9" . we make everything under on roof and the leather work we do is top shelf. This sheath has a beaver tail  face with stainless steel rivets with a full stitch all around.  Wonderful  rig and ready to ship. Thanks, Jim
