J.Behring Handmade Veggie Clever

This J.Behring Handmade Veggie clever has a razor sharp convex ground 4" blade made from AEB-L Stainless steel. Stamps are J.Behring Handmade USA-21 and large "S" to indicate stainless steel. the silver soldered guard is nickel silver above a stack of black, aluminum, dark blue, tan and red spacers. The Vintage german stag handle is harvested from old 1890's carving set. It has beautiful aged color and great character. The butt plate is ivory bark attached with two ton epoxy. This is a great addition to any kitchen and can definitly be used for other tasks, not just vegetables. OAL is about 9" The blade cover fits nicely and is made from herman oak veg tan with a beautiful shark skin panel.
